Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Director, Tax, Trust & Estate Strategist to join the Charles Schwab team. The ideal candidate is an expert in tax, trust, and estate planning, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to meet our clients’ diverse needs. To be successful, you must be able to think innovatively and have a deep understanding of the complexities of taxation, trust, and estate planning. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively with a wide range of professionals. We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping clients reach their goals and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience.The ideal candidate must have an advanced degree in taxation, estate planning, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in tax, trust, and estate planning. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with a variety of clients and their advisors. The successful candidate will have a proven record of success in developing strategies, working with clients, and delivering results.
