  1. Develop and implement tax strategies for clients in the areas of trust and estate planning.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to clients and team members.
  3. Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
  4. Manage a team of tax professionals and provide mentorship and development opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of tax services.
  6. Conduct thorough tax reviews and identify opportunities for tax savings and optimization.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and technical resource for tax-related inquiries and issues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
  9. Monitor and analyze tax trends and developments to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and success.
  11. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve tax processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Higher Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Tax, Trust, And Estate Planning, Preferably In A Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Estate And Gift Tax, Income Tax, And Trust Taxation.

  • Proven Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Complex Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
