  1. Develop and implement comprehensive tax, trust, and estate planning strategies for clients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of tax, trust, and estate professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize opportunities for clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide holistic financial solutions for clients.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of client financial situations to identify potential tax, trust, and estate planning needs.
  6. Communicate complex financial concepts and strategies to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  7. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on tax, trust, and estate planning matters.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty.
  9. Analyze and evaluate financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax documents and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for the organization on tax, trust, and estate planning matters.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and enhance the client experience.
  13. Monitor and report on industry trends and changes in tax, trust, and estate planning regulations.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand network.
  15. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Tax Planning, Trust Administration, And Estate Planning.

  • Cpa Or Jd Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Trust And Estate Planning.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments.
