  • Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance the quantitative research capabilities of Charles Schwab.

  • Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for the research platform, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Quantitative Research And Platform Engineering, With A Minimum Of 10 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Trading Strategies, Including Algorithmic Trading And Risk Management.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And C++, As Well As Experience With Cloud Computing And Data Analytics Tools.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Quantitative Researchers And Platform Engineers, With A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
