Job Description

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Managed Accounts Platform Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our Managed Accounts platform clients. You will provide support to customers in the setup and maintenance of their accounts and will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Managed Accounts platform.The ideal candidate for this role will have an extensive understanding of Managed Accounts platform operations, a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to drive a culture of exceptional customer service across the team. In addition, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.If you are a highly organized and motivated individual, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically, this may be the perfect role for you.
