We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Head of Employee Compliance to join our team at Charles Schwab. This position will be integral in leading the development and implementation of our compliance program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee compliance, a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in all aspects of the business. They must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to think strategically and proactively in order to identify and mitigate risk.
