DB2 Systems Programmer

Leads the implementation and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure systems to ensure successful deployment and operation; develops and documents detailed standards (e.g., guidelines, processes, procedures) for the introduction and maintenance of services. Debug system software problems and communicate with vendors to resolve these problems. Take lead during incidents and drive incident management effort to restore service and lead postmortem discussions and actions. Plan, test & implement DB2 software updates, migrations and other DB2 maintenance activities. Support the career growth of junior members by providing technical guidance & mentoring. Participate in disaster recovery testing scenarios along with Production on call support (24x7). Function as a team leader of a small team.
