
Critical Facility Capacity and Sustainability Manager
This position analyzes, recommends changes, and coordinates all aspects of the critical facility energy lifecycle, including capacity management, utilization reporting, energy savings project analysis and execution. Ensure BMS and Data Center System Operations are operating efficiently working closely with the Data Center Managers. Analyze BMS data, endpoint calibration and other factors that make up cooling system operations. Working closely with the IT Hardware Planning Group, continuously assess Data Center facility utilization at all levels of the critical power and cooling delivery systems. Regularly report weekly on performance of the data center facilities and recommend improvement projects. Reviews and proposes sustainability ideas providing all areas of benefits to Schwab environmentally or cost. Prepares sustainability energy and sustainability project plans, landmarks, to the team and ensures quality control.
5+ years of industry experience
10+ years of mission critical industry experience.
Industry Certification (ie. CDCMP) desired.
