
Conversion and Implementation Specialist
Primary contact for all conversion related activity for the independent record keeper and/or advisor. Daily review of Charles Schwab Trust Bank onboarding legal agreements. Review of system set ups and databases prior to account setup completion. Daily correspondence to recordkeepers and/or advisors relating to new business and changes to existing business. Review of plan types and specifications to support business exception requests. Create and maintain accurate record keeper and registered investment advisors records using our trust reporting systems and Salesforce. Cultivate positive relationships by managing client expectations by providing ongoing, proactive communication on new account deliverables, issue resolution, and other substantive items. Collaborate with various internal operation teams, legal, and relationship managers to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/ account setup issues.
Ability to plan and lead client meetings in a professional, consultative, and effective manner
Two or more years’ experience with qualified retirement plans within the financial industry preferred
Experience with employee benefit plans providing trust/custody or recordkeeping services
