- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate and helpful information.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their 401K plans, ensuring all questions and requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of 401K plans and industry regulations to effectively assist clients with their retirement savings journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate parties.
- Assist clients in navigating online account tools and educate them on available resources to manage their 401K plans.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to accurately and confidently represent the organization to clients.
- Provide support during enrollment periods and assist clients with plan changes or updates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to 401K plans and customer service.
Knowledge Of Retirement Planning And 401K Accounts: A Client Service Professional At Charles Schwab Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retirement Planning And 401K Accounts, Including Federal Regulations And Tax Implications.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Client Service Professional, Effective Communication Is Essential In Building Relationships With Clients And Providing Clear And Concise Information About Their 401K Accounts.
