  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate and helpful information.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their 401K plans, ensuring all questions and requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of 401K plans and industry regulations to effectively assist clients with their retirement savings journey.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate parties.
  5. Assist clients in navigating online account tools and educate them on available resources to manage their 401K plans.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to accurately and confidently represent the organization to clients.
  8. Provide support during enrollment periods and assist clients with plan changes or updates.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to 401K plans and customer service.
