  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within the Schwab Wealth Advisory division.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with high net worth clients to generate new business and maintain existing client base.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients based on their financial goals and needs.
  4. Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  5. Conduct thorough research and due diligence on prospective clients to ensure alignment with company values and goals.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and address any concerns.
  7. Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and referral sources.
  8. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards.
  9. Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate and relevant information.
  10. Represent Charles Schwab and the Schwab Wealth Advisory division at industry events and conferences.
  11. Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to continuously improve business development strategies.
  12. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute towards achieving company objectives.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Wealth Management Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, And Estate Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Articulate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Colleagues.
