Job Description

Working with a multitude of partners to document requirements that drive transformational change to existing business processes. Coordinating project activities that span multiple technology teams across the company. Gathering and document requirements as user stories, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying options. Supporting users post-deployment, identifying issues and driving resolution with our Technology partners. Partnering with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with technology partners. Highlighting product features and tell stories in a manner clearly understandable to the development team. Helping to manage and develop product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation.

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required

  • Experience driving innovative and strategic enterprise data solutions

  • 5+ years of experience in technical analysis

  • A background in the financial services industry is a plus
