Coordinating project activities that span multiple technology teams across the company. Gathering and document requirements as user stories, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying options. Supporting users post-deployment, identifying issues and driving resolution with our Technology partners. Partnering with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with technology partners. Highlighting product features and tell stories in a manner clearly understandable to the development team. Helping to manage and develop product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation.
