  1. Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their issues and inquiries.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding of Charles Schwab's products, services, and technology in order to accurately troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively explain technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Job Qualifications
