Job Description

  1. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks within our business units.
  2. Analyze data and information to evaluate the impact and likelihood of identified risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  4. Monitor and track risk mitigation efforts and provide regular updates to senior management.
  5. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in risk management.
  7. Communicate risk findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Participate in the development of risk management training programs for employees.
  9. Assist in the implementation of risk management tools and systems.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  11. Facilitate risk management discussions and workshops with business unit leaders.
  12. Identify and report emerging risks to senior management.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management processes.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and regulators on risk management initiatives.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Risk Management Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Derivatives.

  • Proven Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
