  1. Provide exceptional customer service to financial advisors and their clients.
  2. Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing client communications.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of financial products and services offered by Charles Schwab.
  4. Effectively communicate and explain financial products and services to clients.
  5. Proactively identify and address client needs and inquiries.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate support for financial advisors.
  7. Maintain and update client information and records accurately and confidentially.
