  1. Provide personalized investment advice and guidance to clients.
  2. Conduct comprehensive financial planning for clients, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of financial planning and investment management to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  4. Act as a mentor and coach to trainees in the Advice Academy program, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the industry.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to continuously improve services and offerings.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Charles Schwab's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  9. Uphold high ethical standards and comply with all industry regulations and company policies.
  10. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, seeking out opportunities for learning and development within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Advising Or Wealth Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Retirement Planning, And Tax Strategies.

  • Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within A Specified Timeframe.
