1. Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and promote diversity within our graduate programs.
2. Lead and manage a team of admissions staff to achieve enrollment goals and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students.
3. Collaborate with other departments and university leadership to develop a comprehensive recruitment plan for graduate programs.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new markets and develop targeted recruitment initiatives.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, alumni, and partners, to promote graduate programs and attract top talent.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective graduate students and provide exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process.

8. Ensure compliance with all university policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, in the admissions process.

11. Represent the university at recruitment events, both on and off-campus, and deliver presentations to promote our graduate programs.

13. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation within the admissions team and across the university.
14. Act as a liaison between graduate programs and other university departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to support the recruitment and retention of graduate students.
