  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance and grow graduate business programs at Chapman University.
  2. Lead and manage the admissions team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  3. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and maintain high-quality graduate business curriculum.
  4. Oversee the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making admissions decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current students, alumni, and industry partners.
  6. Monitor and analyze enrollment data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment and retention.
  7. Represent Chapman University at graduate education fairs, events, and conferences.
  8. Develop and manage the budget for graduate business programs and admissions.
  9. Work closely with the marketing team to create effective recruitment materials and campaigns.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business education and admissions.
  11. Develop and maintain partnerships with other universities and organizations to enhance graduate program offerings.
  12. Collaborate with the development team to secure funding and scholarships for graduate business students.
  13. Serve as a mentor and advisor to graduate business students.
  14. Foster a diverse and inclusive environment for graduate students, faculty, and staff.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of Chapman University in all aspects of the role.

  • Knowledge Of Graduate Business Programs: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Graduate Business Education, Including The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Program Design, Curriculum Development, And Student Support Services.

  • Experience In Admissions And Recruitment: The Director Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Recruiting And Enrolling High-Quality Graduate Students.
