Desktop Support Analyst

The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for supporting school hardware, software, and the integration of the 1:1 Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program to enhance the learning environment at Chadwick School. Provide administrative support for devices: purchase of devices and peripherals, inventory and asset management, setup and configuration, VPP management, Applecare, insurance claims, and vendor RMA. Coordinate the support of the telephone/PBX system by working with the assigned vendor. Plan and manage the installation and support of A/V technologies on campus. Develop, document, and maintain system and operating standards for responsible areas. Assist management with planning budget by providing technology acquisition and maintenance costs.
