Job Description

The Digital LearningTechnologist is responsible for driving all product development activities, managing necessary technology related internal stakeholders and external vendors for the PropelNext work. Enthusiastically establishes an innovative and achievable vision for a solution by combining core CCL models, PropelNext, and technology. Translates that vision through recognized design practices into an emotionally engaging user experience and superior user interface design. Understands the complexities and importance of having the right mix of innovative technology and world-class operations to drive the best possible user experience. Oversee the design, development, evolution, and communication of a product vision, user experience (UX), and the associated product roadmap. This includes developing feature definitions and prioritization based on a model of continuous client feedback. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project to include timelines, costs, roadmap targets, product effectiveness, and product usage goals.
