Sales Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Advisor to join our Céline team. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you have a positive attitude and are a skilled communicator, we’d love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years of experience in a sales position, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail sector. You must also have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You should be driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, you should be knowledgeable about the Céline brand and its products.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Develop strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Céline products and brand.
4. Follow all store policies and procedures.
5. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
6. Accurately process customer orders and payments.
7. Ensure the shop floor is clean and well organized.
8. Manage incoming stock and restock shelves as needed.
9. Work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
10. Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales.
