1. Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.

3. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy of shipments.
4. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
5. Manage logistics budget and forecast future needs.
6. Oversee the training and development of logistics staff.
7. Monitor and evaluate performance of logistics staff and vendors.
8. Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers.
9. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of shipments.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
