Logistics Manager

4. Maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy of inventory.
5. Monitor and manage shipping costs and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
7. Develop and implement processes for tracking and reporting performance metrics.
8. Create and review reports on logistics operations.
9. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for logistics operations.
10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
11. Provide leadership, training and guidance to logistics staff.
12. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to logistics operations.
