Job Description

Céline is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team and help us drive our supply chain operations. As a key member of the organization, the Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing to delivery. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with a strong background in logistics, as well as a passion for optimizing processes and procedures.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. In addition, you must have at least five years of logistics management experience, with a strong understanding of inventory management, sourcing, and transportation. You will need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a problem-solving attitude and an aptitude for data analysis. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with supply chain management software.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from sourcing to delivery.
Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve the efficiency of the supply chain.
Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other key stakeholders.
Manage and lead the logistics team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain.
Lead and coordinate projects to ensure successful completion.
Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and progress.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
