- Develop and implement workplace strategies that align with the goals and objectives of our clients.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, workplace trends, and industry best practices to inform strategy development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective workplace solutions.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for workplace strategy and occupancy projects.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of workplace strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct thorough occupancy planning to optimize space utilization and minimize costs for clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current and emerging workplace trends and incorporate them into strategy development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, including project managers, architects, and designers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards related to workplace strategies and occupancy planning.
- Mentor and train junior team members on workplace strategy and occupancy best practices.
- Proactively identify and anticipate potential challenges or roadblocks and develop contingency plans to address them.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance workplace strategies and processes.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner with clients and industry partners.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Planning, Or Facilities Management.
Strong Understanding Of Commercial Real Estate And Workplace Trends.
Excellent Project Management And Communication Skills.
Proficiency In Workplace Technology And Space Planning Software, Such As Autocad Or Archibus.
