We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workplace Strategy/Occupancy Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace strategies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and space utilization for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workplace trends and best practices, as well as strong project management and communication skills.   1. Develop and implement workplace strategies that align with the goals and objectives of our clients.
  2. Monitor and analyze workplace trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies and approaches.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for their workplace.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather data and insights on employee engagement, productivity, and space utilization.
  5. Create comprehensive plans and proposals for workplace strategy initiatives.
  6. Manage and oversee the implementation of workplace strategy projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
  7. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, designers, and facility managers.
  8. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the workplace strategy process.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the success of workplace strategy initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in workplace trends to inform and improve our strategies.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide excellent customer service.
  12. Train and mentor team members on workplace strategy principles and best practices.
  13. Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth of our workplace strategy services.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Facility Management, Or Real Estate.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Planning, Or Corporate Real Estate.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Workplace Design Principles And Trends, Including Space Utilization And Optimization Strategies.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Analytical And Data Analysis Skills, With Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Workplace Analytics Tools.
