Job Description

We are seeking a professional and personable Workplace Experience Receptionist to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and employees. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment while also performing administrative duties.   1. Greet and welcome all clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
  2. Create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the reception area.
  3. Answer and direct all incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable.
  5. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate recipients.
  6. Schedule and manage conference rooms and other meeting spaces for employees and clients.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  8. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company, its services, and its clients.
  9. Handle and resolve any complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Liaise with building management and other external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  11. Coordinate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and employees.
  12. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office operations and procedures.
  13. Monitor and maintain office supplies, ordering as needed.
  14. Assist with event planning and coordination for company events and meetings.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall workplace experience for all employees and clients.
