  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with CBRE's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Create and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and training sessions for employees at all levels.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and subject matter experts, to identify learning needs and design appropriate solutions.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workplace experience and incorporate them into learning and development initiatives.
  6. Utilize various learning modalities, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced, to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to source and deliver high-quality learning content and resources.
  8. Coach and mentor employees to support their professional growth and development.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for workplace experience principles and practices.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure learning and development initiatives are integrated into overall employee development plans.
  12. Manage the learning and development budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  13. Communicate regularly with employees to promote and market learning opportunities and encourage participation.
  14. Collect and analyze data on the impact of learning and development initiatives and use it to inform future strategies.
  15. Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to ensure the successful delivery of programs and services.
