- Greet and welcome all employees and visitors to our office locations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and courteously to all inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area at all times.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events for employees and visitors.
- Handle and address any issues or concerns that arise from employees or visitors promptly and effectively.
- Keep track of and manage inventory of office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with different departments and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Proactively communicate with employees and visitors to gather feedback and make improvements to the workplace experience.
- Keep up-to-date with local events, restaurants, and attractions to provide recommendations and assist with reservations.
- Maintain and update employee and visitor databases, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
- Stay current with security and safety protocols and take appropriate action in case of emergency situations.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by providing them with necessary information and resources.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the workplace experience by suggesting new ideas and implementing best practices.
