- Monitor and maintain building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues or hazards, taking corrective action as needed.
- Respond to tenant requests and troubleshoot any issues related to building systems.
- Monitor and maintain building safety protocols and procedures, including fire and life safety systems.
