As a Union Mobile Route Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile route facilities, supporting the maintenance and repair of our clients' critical infrastructure.   1. Conduct routine inspections of clients' critical infrastructure to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  2. Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on mobile route facilities, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building structures.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with the mobile route facilities, utilizing advanced technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on maintenance and repair schedules and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and new technologies related to mobile route facilities to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for CBRE Group, upholding our reputation for exceptional service and professionalism.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and compliance.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of necessary materials and supplies.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and professional image for clients.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise In Mobile Routing Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Mobile Routing Technologies, Such As Gps, Gis, And Navigation Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Union Regulations And Compliance: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Union Regulations And Compliance, As They Will Be Working Within A Union Environment.

  • Experience In Managing Mobile Route Operations: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Mobile Route Operations, Including Scheduling, Route Optimization, And Troubleshooting.
