  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in building systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  3. Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent tasks and completing them with accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Monitor and maintain building equipment and systems, including conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
  5. Collaborate with building management and other team members to ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety guidelines.
  6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including documenting any issues and solutions for future reference.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and tenants to address any concerns or issues related to building systems and maintenance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in building systems and maintenance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant union regulations and guidelines.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
  11. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to building systems and maintenance.
  12. Act as a liaison between CBRE and building management, providing regular updates on maintenance and repair projects.
  13. Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  14. Continuously strive for excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction, representing CBRE in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment: A Union Building Engineer-Pa Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Other Building Systems To Effectively Maintain And Troubleshoot Issues.

  • Trade Certifications: Many Union Building Engineer-Pa Positions Require Certain Trade Certifications Such As Hvac, Plumbing, Or Electrical Licenses To Ensure The Individual Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Perform The Job Duties.
