  1. Conduct regular and preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment and systems within our facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues that may arise.
  3. Perform routine inspections and identify potential maintenance needs.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger maintenance projects.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance logs.
  6. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management regarding maintenance needs and updates.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  8. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and streamline maintenance processes.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in maintenance techniques and technologies.
  13. Train and mentor new maintenance team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the facilities and resolve any issues that may impact operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: A Técnico De Mantenimiento Polivalente At Cbre Group Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Maintenance Techniques And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing Systems.

  • Experience In Building Maintenance: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Building Maintenance, Preferably In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting.

  • Certifications: Possessing Relevant Certifications Such As Osha, Hvac, Or Electrical Licenses Is Highly Preferred And Demonstrates A Commitment To Safety And Expertise In The Field.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Maintenance Issues Before They Become Major Problems Is Crucial For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Proactive In Their Approach To Maintenance.

  • Communication Skills: A Técnico De Mantenimiento Polivalente Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Clients, And Vendors. This Includes Written And Verbal Communication, As Well As The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Blueprints.
