  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of client's laboratories and research facilities.
  2. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize facility performance.
  4. Manage and supervise a team of technicians and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  6. Monitor and track facility budget and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve services.
  9. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  10. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
  11. Ensure all necessary documentation and records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to achieve common goals.
  13. Identify and resolve technical issues and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  14. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
