  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate industry.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement research strategies to support client needs and business objectives.
  3. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to gather and interpret data, and present findings to stakeholders.
  4. Create and maintain databases and dashboards to track and analyze market data and trends.
  5. Develop and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate research findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and market research.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior research analysts within the team.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to support their research needs and provide insights for business development.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy of research.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of CBRE’s services, clients, and competitors to inform research and analysis.
  11. Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  12. Represent CBRE in a professional manner and build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Education: A Sr Research Analyst At Cbre Group Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Economics, Real Estate, Or Finance. A Master's Degree Or Higher Is Preferred.

  • Extensive Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Market Research, Preferably In The Commercial Real Estate Industry. Experience With Data Analysis And Statistical Methods Is Also Crucial.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Sr Research Analyst Should Have The Ability To Gather, Organize, And Interpret Large Amounts Of Data From Various Sources. They Should Also Be Able To Identify Patterns And Trends And Present Their Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Proficiency In Technology: Cbre Group Utilizes Various Software And Data Analysis Tools, So Proficiency In Programs Such As Excel, Tableau, And Gis Is Essential. Familiarity With Databases And Programming Languages Is Also A Plus.
