  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly understood and met.
  5. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure all members are working towards the same goal and meeting project milestones.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are being met.
  7. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
  8. Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
  9. Manage project changes and variations, ensuring they are properly documented and approved by all parties involved.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within CBRE Group to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  14. Uphold CBRE Group's values and standards, promoting a culture of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all aspects of project management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Project Management Within The Construction Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Construction Projects From Start To Finish.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Project Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Contractors And Other Stakeholders.
