  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets for the residential market in Gurgaon.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, buyers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create and execute effective campaigns and promotions.
  6. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient and timely completion of transactions.
  7. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge of the real estate market.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
  9. Represent CBRE Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  10. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the real estate industry to ensure compliance.
  11. Participate in budget planning and forecasting for the residential sales team.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within CBRE Group to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and business development.
  14. Continuously strive to enhance the company's reputation and credibility in the residential real estate market.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and high ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Residential Real Estate Sales: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Residential Real Estate Market, With A Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager Or Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals, With The Ability To Motivate And Drive Performance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Gurgaon Residential Market: Gurgaon Is A Highly Competitive And Dynamic Real Estate Market, And The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Local Market Trends, Pricing, And Competition.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Role Involves Working Closely With Clients, Developers, And Internal Teams, Therefore, Effective Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential To Succeed In This Position.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Management Or Real Estate: A Strong Educational Background In Business, Management Or Real Estate Is Preferred For This Role, As It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Understanding Of The Industry.
