- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets for the residential market in Gurgaon.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, buyers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create and execute effective campaigns and promotions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient and timely completion of transactions.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge of the real estate market.

Extensive Experience In Residential Real Estate Sales: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Residential Real Estate Market, With A Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager Or Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals, With The Ability To Motivate And Drive Performance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Gurgaon Residential Market: Gurgaon Is A Highly Competitive And Dynamic Real Estate Market, And The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Local Market Trends, Pricing, And Competition.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Role Involves Working Closely With Clients, Developers, And Internal Teams, Therefore, Effective Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential To Succeed In This Position.
