- Manage and oversee all aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs and improvements, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient and effective management of MEP systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of facility staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their facility needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility operations, expenses, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on facility operations and address any concerns or issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facility management.
- Lead and motivate a team of facility professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing (Mep) Systems And Operations.
Extensive Experience Managing And Maintaining Large-Scale Facilities, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Protection Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Mep Systems.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Mep Projects And Implementing Cost-Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Technicians And Contractors To Ensure Efficient Operations And Timely Completion Of Projects.
