We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sr Facilities Director (Onsite) to join our dynamic team. As the Sr Facilities Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing the facilities operations of our clients' properties.   1. Oversee all facilities operations for clients' properties, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of facilities.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and procedures to optimize facility operations and improve overall performance.
  3. Lead a team of facility managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that all facilities services are aligned with their requirements.
  5. Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure effective cost management and achievement of financial goals.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in facilities management, and make recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on facility operations and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards, and take appropriate action to address any potential risks.
  11. Coordinate and oversee facility projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new constructions, to ensure successful completion within budget and schedule.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed to improve performance and promote professional growth.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for any facility-related emergencies, and take prompt action to resolve issues and minimize disruptions to clients.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all facility operations, expenses, and service requests.
  15. Represent CBRE Group in a professional and positive manner, promoting our brand and values to clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Facilities Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Overseeing Facilities Operations, Preferably In A Large-Scale Organization.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Sr Facilities Director Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Effectively, With The Ability To Provide Clear Direction, Delegate Tasks, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Building Systems And Operations: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of All Aspects Of Building Operations, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Safety Systems. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Facility Issues.

  • Budget Management Experience: The Sr Facilities Director Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Budget For The Facilities Department, Including Forecasting And Managing Expenses, Negotiating Contracts, And Finding Cost-Saving Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders, Including Clients, Vendors, And Internal Teams.
