- Create and maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
- Attend property tours and meetings with clients to gain industry knowledge and build relationships.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential real estate investments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Stay up-to-date on current market conditions, industry trends, and regulations related to commercial real estate.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software, Such As Yardi Or Mri.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Lease Negotiations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Tenants, And Team Members.
