Job Description

Your job is to develop, implement solutions and ensure they are resilience and reliable, working at a scale. You will be responsible for leading effort in building a solution to solve challenges at CBRE. Identify and propose automation opportunities to gain efficiency and scalability. Develop systems to prevent outages through automatic scanning and remediation. Interact and communicate as much real time as possible with globally distributed teams. Partner with Development teams and Managed services teams resolving issues real time for non-prod environments. Proactively monitor availability and performance of the Host using key tools effectively and quickly respond to Monitoring alerts, incident tickets, and email requests coming into Site Reliability. Document resolution run books and standard operating procedures. Monitor and stabilize services in non-prod and production, Keep up environments 99.99% up from infrastructure standpoint.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years related industry experience.

  • Experience with instrumentation & control, computerized maintenance management systems required

  • Programming with emphasis of object oriented and relational databases

  • Mandatory experience with Azure cloud
