  1. Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are managed effectively and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for properties to maximize their value and profitability.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  4. Monitor market trends and provide insights and recommendations for potential property acquisitions or dispositions.
  5. Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas for improvement to maintain high standards.
  6. Manage the financial performance of properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
  8. Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on property performance and market trends.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within CBRE Group to leverage resources and drive success for clients.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously seek out new opportunities and innovative solutions to enhance the portfolio and exceed client expectations.
  12. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions and represent CBRE Group in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably With A Focus On Commercial Properties.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Property Managers And Support Staff Effectively.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Market Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Large Portfolio Of Properties And Achieving Financial Goals.
