- Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for properties to maximize their value and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights and recommendations for potential property acquisitions or dispositions.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas for improvement to maintain high standards.
- Manage the financial performance of properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on property performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments within CBRE Group to leverage resources and drive success for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities and innovative solutions to enhance the portfolio and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions and represent CBRE Group in a positive manner.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably With A Focus On Commercial Properties.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Property Managers And Support Staff Effectively.
Extensive Knowledge Of Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Large Portfolio Of Properties And Achieving Financial Goals.
