- Lead and manage multiuse and lab space projects from conception to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Create and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage project teams and subcontractors, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, taking proactive measures to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
- Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver high-quality projects.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into project management processes and strategies.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent CBRE Group in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and ensure all project team members do the same.
Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Project Manager At Cbre Group Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Projects In The Real Estate Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And To The Satisfaction Of Clients.
Expertise In Multiuse & Lab Space: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Significant Experience In Managing Projects Related To Multiuse And Lab Space. This Includes Knowledge Of Design And Construction Processes, Building Codes And Regulations, And Technical Expertise In Laboratory Equipment And Systems.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Senior Project Manager Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Project Goals And Ensure Project Success.
Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills As Well As Strong Negotiation Skills.
