  1. Lead and manage the design and construction of high-profile and complex projects for CBRE Group.
  2. Provide expertise and leadership in all aspects of project architecture, including design, planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  3. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  4. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into project designs and processes.
  8. Conduct thorough site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  9. Oversee the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams within CBRE Group to promote cross-functional collaboration and support company objectives.
  11. Represent CBRE Group at industry events, conferences, and seminars, showcasing our expertise and promoting our brand.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Senior Project Architect At Cbre Group Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Architecture Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Projects.

  • Professional Licensure: This Position Requires A Professional License As An Architect, With A Thorough Understanding Of Building Codes, Zoning Laws, And Other Regulations.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Architects And Coordinate With Other Professionals Such As Engineers And Contractors.

  • Technical Expertise: The Senior Project Architect Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Architectural Design Principles, As Well As Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Revit, And Other Relevant Programs.
