  1. Lead the successful delivery of complex projects by utilizing strong project controls skills and expertise.
  2. Collaborate with a talented team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  3. Work closely with top-tier clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their requirements.
  4. Develop and implement project controls strategies and processes to effectively manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proactively taking corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  6. Act as a liaison between project team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and ensure project success.
  7. Train and mentor junior project managers on project controls best practices and techniques.
  8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  9. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
  10. Continuously improve project controls processes and systems to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image to clients and stakeholders.
  13. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to support their business objectives.
  14. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and inspiring team members to achieve project goals.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and incorporate them into project controls strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Construction Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Complex Projects, Developing And Implementing Project Plans, And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Senior Program Manager - Project Controls Must Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Oversee And Analyze Large Amounts Of Project Data.
