  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the supply chain and drive cost savings for the company.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the procurement operations, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with various internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic solutions.
  5. Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential vendors to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best terms and pricing for the company.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  8. Monitor and track vendor performance and take necessary actions to address any issues.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and report on key metrics to senior management.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency in procurement processes.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, in all procurement activities.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Procurement Experience: A Senior Procurement Manager At Cbre Group Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Contract Negotiations And Vendor Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Strategic Sourcing, Cost Analysis, And Inventory Management.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior-Level Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership And Management Skills To Oversee And Develop A Team Of Procurement Professionals.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Negotiate With Suppliers, Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, And Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders.

  • Procurement Certification: A Senior Procurement Manager At Cbre Group Should Hold A Relevant Procurement Certification, Such As Certified Professional In Supply Management (Cpsm) Or Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (Cppm), To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Commitment To The Field.
