  1. Develop and implement effective occupancy plans that align with our clients' business objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of space utilization and occupancy data to inform planning decisions.
  3. Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of occupancy plans.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and updates of occupancy plans to ensure they remain aligned with business objectives.
  6. Monitor and report on occupancy metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in occupancy planning to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of occupancy plans.
  10. Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to occupancy planning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Real Estate Or Space Planning

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Space Planning And Occupancy Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership

  • Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Relevant Software Programs
