  1. Develop and implement strategic occupancy plans for clients' workspaces to support their business objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, space utilization, and workplace trends to inform space planning decisions.
  3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand specific requirements and develop customized solutions.
  4. Utilize space planning software and tools to create accurate and efficient floor plans.
  5. Monitor and track occupancy data, including space utilization, vacancy rates, and lease expirations.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to assess and evaluate workspace utilization and make recommendations for optimization.
  7. Coordinate with various departments, such as design, construction, and facilities, to ensure seamless execution of occupancy plans.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in workplace strategy and apply them to improve clients' workspaces.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients to present plans, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  11. Provide training and guidance to junior occupancy planners and support staff.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve occupancy planning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  14. Represent CBRE Group in a professional manner and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential issues or obstacles to the success of occupancy plans.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Real Estate Or Facility Management, With A Focus On Occupancy Planning And Space Utilization.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Space Planning, Furniture And Equipment Standards, And Code Compliance.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Occupancy Plans To Meet Business Objectives.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With Experience In Managing Multiple Stakeholders And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
