  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and align space planning strategies accordingly.
  4. Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  5. Utilize industry best practices and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity in space planning.
  6. Communicate and negotiate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior occupancy planners.
  8. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the real estate and space planning industry.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of project plans, budgets, and progress reports.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on space planning, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  14. Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate clients and stakeholders on space planning strategies and best practices.
  15. Represent CBRE Group at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Autocad And Other Space Planning Software.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Occupancy Planning Or Related Field.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Experience Working With Various Stakeholders And Clients.
