- Develop and implement strategic occupancy plans for commercial real estate clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and create customized solutions.
- Conduct space analysis and utilization studies to optimize space efficiency.
- Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to provide recommendations and insights to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams such as architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Evaluate and negotiate lease agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor and track project budgets and provide regular financial reports to clients.
- Conduct site visits and assess existing spaces to identify potential improvements or modifications.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve service offerings.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Space Planning And Occupancy Planning
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Ada Requirements, And Workplace Standards
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously
