  1. Develop and implement strategic occupancy plans for commercial real estate clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and create customized solutions.
  3. Conduct space analysis and utilization studies to optimize space efficiency.
  4. Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  5. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  6. Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to provide recommendations and insights to clients.
  7. Work closely with internal teams such as architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  8. Evaluate and negotiate lease agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
  10. Monitor and track project budgets and provide regular financial reports to clients.
  11. Conduct site visits and assess existing spaces to identify potential improvements or modifications.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve service offerings.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of CBRE Group through active participation in meetings and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Space Planning And Occupancy Planning

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Ada Requirements, And Workplace Standards

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Space Planning Software Programs
